    appsc issued notifications for recruitment of dao in two separate notifications one is offline and second one is on-line and conducted written exam by mixing both the candidates but they selected candidates for interview from the common list, although they are entirely different notifications in terms of age and date of qualification ignoring legal concepts and causing injustice to so many candidates
