They are requested to download the following proformae and fill in the information as required
i) Attestation Forms (click here)
v) Certificate of Residence (click here)
and attend for original document verification on the dates mentioned in the result sheet.
(i)Documentary evidence of Educational Qualifications viz., Diploma in related Engineering stream Certificate as reported in his/her application for appointment
(ii)Documentary evidence of age viz., SSC/ICSE/CBSE or Date of Birth Certificate issued by the competent authority
(iii)Caste Certificate (latest by 6 months/Permanent) issued by the Tahsildar
(iv)Certificate of Residence/ School Study Certificate
(v)Certificate issued by the District Medical Board in respect of Physically challenged with specific indication of the percentage of disability
(vi)Gate Passes/EPF slips if any in support of experience claimed by him/her.
