The provisionally selected candidates are requested to attend
for verification and submission of certificates on 25-10-2010 at
11:00 Hrs at Vidyut Soudha Guest House with the following
certificates
• Proof of age as recorded in SSC certificate or equivalent.
• Original / Provisional Certificates of B.Com. 1st class (or) M.Com. 1st
class from any recognized University in India (or) pass in CA – Inter
(or) pass in ICWA-Inter
• Permanent Community certificate issued by MRO in original or
Original caste certificate issued by Revenue Officer not less than
the rank of MRO issued on or after 01-07-2010 in respect of SC/ST
& BC candidates clearly indicating the Sub-Caste and group.
• Physically Handicapped certificate indicating the minimum 40% of
disability issued by District Medical Board.
• Study Certificate from IV to X. If Private candidate, Residential
Certificate issued by the Officer of the Revenue Department not
below the rank of Tahsildar in independent charge of Mandal as the
case may be.
• Hall-Ticket issued for written examination
• N.O.C from the employer (if already working in any organization).
• One set of attested copies of all the above certificates
Even if the Government declares any Holiday on the above
date, the verification of certificates will be held as per schedule

Qualifications

First Class Diploma in the concerned branch from the recognized institution.

Selected candidates shall be governed by A.P.Horticultural University (Conditions of Service) Statutes 2007 and they are eligible for new Contributory Pension Scheme of the University and such other conditions as may be prescribed by the University from time to time (other than those who are under ANGRAU service as on 1.9.2004).

GENERAL INSTURCTONS TO THE CANDIDATES

Candidate has to fill in the application with his own handwriting.
Candidate must be able to speak, read and write Telugu language.
Application with incomplete information or false information will be rejected.
Applications received without support of attested copies of documents and certificates including work experience will be rejected.
Any action/attempt influencing the University authorities either personally or by letter or any other way entails for disqualification of the candidature.
Candidates working under Govt./Quasi Govt. and Public sector undertaking/Autonomous bodies have to send their applications through proper channel.

Must have passed Accounts Test for Subordinate Officers Part I and II conducted by APPSC, Hyderabad

If not available, the candidates without passing Accounts Test for Subordinate Officers Part I and II will also be considered for appointment with the condition that they should pass the required test within two years.

Public Relations Officer

Essential

A Bachelor degree in any subject
A Post Graduate diploma/degree in Journalism/Public relations from a recognized University/Institution.
An experience of atleast three years in journalism/public relations.

Must have passed the Government Technical Examination in typewriting by lower grade in the English language conducted by State Board of Technical Education of Andhra Pradesh Government or any other equivalent qualification.
