PROCEDURE OF SELECTION:

1.     The selection of candidates for appointment to the posts will be made in two successive stages viz.

I.       Written examination  (Objective type)
II.     Oral test in the shape of interview

2.     The Final Selection of these posts will be based on the written and oral marks put together in order of merit
1.     Only those candidates who qualify in written examination by being ranked high will be called for oral interview in 1:3 ratio. The minimum marks are 40% for OC; 35% for BCs & 30% for SC / ST / PH.     The minimum qualifying marks are relaxable in case of BC / SC / ST / PH on the discretion of Board of APDDCF Ltd., 

2.     Absence in any above test will automatically render his candidature as disqualified.

3.     The candidates have to produce Original documents and other particulars for verification as and when required and called for. If the particulars furnished in the application do not tally with the original documents produced by the candidate, the candidates will be rejected.

4.     The appointment of selection candidates will be subject to their being found medically fit in the appropriate medical classification.

5.     The selected candidates will have to execute a bond of Rs. 100/- on non-judicial stamped paper stating that he has to serve the organization for a period of one year failing which the total emoluments  drawn during the year will be remitted back to the Federation if he left the organization within period of one year  

6.     The decision of the Management of APDDCF Ltd., in all aspects and all respects pertaining to the application and its acceptance or rejection as the case may be, conduct of examination and at all consequent stages culminating in the selection or otherwise of any candidate shall be final in all respects and binding on all concerned. SBI PROBATIONARY OFFICERS RECRUITMENT


State Bank of India (SBI) is all set for recruitment 2011 as the top public sector bank in India has announced plans to appoint 1000 Probationary Officers.

Dates : Online registration – 18.05.2011 to 09.06.2011
Written test : July 24, 2011

Eligibility:

* Should have completed graduation (degree) in any discipline, as on May 1, 2011

* Must be within 21 - 30 yrs, as on 1.05.2011

SELECTION PROCEDURE :

Phase- I : Written Examination — Combined Duration 3 Hrs. (Combined Objective
& Descriptive Type Tests) — [Max marks-250 (combined)]


The duration of objective type test will be 2 hours, Max. marks 200 and will consist of :

i) Test of English Language (Grammer, Vocabulary, Comprehension etc.)
ii) Test of General Awareness, Marketing & Computers
iii)Test of Data Analysis & Interpretation
iv) Test of Reasoning (High Level)

The duration of Descriptive type test will be 1 hour, Max. marks-50 and the test will be of “Test of English Language (Comprehension, short precis, letter writing & essay)”

Descriptive test paper of only those candidates will be evaluated who are adequately high in percentile ranking in each of all the four objective tests and have scored overall aggregate 40% and above in case of General category and aggregate 35% and above in case SC/ST/OBC/PWD category. The qualifying marks for descriptive test will also be overall aggregate 40% for General category and overall aggregate 35% for SC/ ST/OBC/PWD. The merit list of written examination will be based on the aggregate of the marks obtained by the candidates in Objective and Descriptive tests.

Phase-II : Group Discussion & Interview :
Max Marks - 50. [GD - 20 Interview - 30]
The aggregate marks of objective test and descriptive test will be arranged in descending order and the candidates who have qualified in both the written examinations will be called for group discussion and interview depending upon the vacancies in each category, subject to maximum of 3 times of the vacancies.


Application fees of Rs.500(Gen/OBC) or Rs.50(SC/ST) have to be paid at any branch of State bank of India before June 6, 2011. The details of payment & other personal details must be filled in the application & submitted online.(Candidate`s photo & signature & photo must be scanned & attached along with the online application).The application printout can be preserved for reference purposes.
